By installing on your intranet, anyone that has a user name and password can access the software and utilize it from anywhere in your agency. This is especially useful for conferencing with others in your agency, using the software without having to "wait your turn" or, if you are using mobile data units, you can update information from the field.

That is it - $350.00. It is like walking into a computer store, buying it and taking it home. Each module can be sold separately or you can buy the modules of your choice. The package price includes all four modules - SummaryTraker, QualTraker, CertTraker and TrainingTraker. Call or e-mail us for a quote and include what you would like to see in addition.

A service agreement would include: Free tech support for software related issues for 6 months after a major upgrade (depending on issue after time limit expiration, there may or may not be a charge), free training support for 3 months after a major upgrade, unlimited patches and fixes for the life of the agreement and reduced costs for additional services. The service agreement fees are per module. The fee for the package would be $804.00 for three years, $672.00 for two years and $400.00 for one year.
 
Data Import Fees:
Data Import fees are determined after a consultation with our programmers.  
We can import just about any database into our software. That means when you purchase our software, what you get in return is a database already populated with your previous information, saving you many man hours of re-entering old data. It also makes it easier to call up old information, since you won't have to go through your old system to find it.

Without a service agreement, our software comes standard with three months of free software related tech support and one month free training support. We will always provide for free any patches or updates. If you find a bug in our software that is strictly a problem with our coding, we will fix it for the life software.

Our software uses Apache and MySQL. if you do not have these engines, we can provide them to you. Through an agreement with MySQL we are able to provide you a $500.00 commercial grade license of MySQL at no additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
How secure is it, isn't internet software unsecure?
Our software is as secure as your firewall. This software resides on your intranet and does not require a connection to the internet. But, because we understand the sensitivity of your information, we also provide encryption on the back end of the data. So, if someone were to hack into your intranet, they would not be able to read your database information. In addition to the encryption, you set up your users and passwords and set their limits to read only or read/write, and allow them to access only the modules you want them to.

 

Does your software require creating codes?
We specifically designed this software to use plain language. We also designed it so that you use your agencies terminology, and, were it to change, it is will be an easy system of just modifying it in the preferences section.

 

Is your software proprietary?
Our software uses open source code and non-proprietary technology. Other than Apache and MySQL, the code is the same as you would find running any website on the world wide web.

 

What if there is something we need that your software doesn't have?
One of the beauties of using web based technology is that it is infinitely flexible. If you need something, we can build it for you. If there is a feature you need adjusted, additional functionality or document generation capability, we can build it in for you on a custom basis. Our IT department needs to see your code before they will install anything. Is that a problem?
It is no problem at all. Since it is open source, anyone with a text editor can look through our code.

 

I am in a large agency, how can you manage thousands of records with one software?
We designed this software with large agencies in mind, especially due to the nature of federal agencies. We have built in functionality that will allow remote offices to manage their own records and data, but allow the home office to see all and sort by office. And, there is no additional cost to activating it.

 

You say you can import already existing databases, which packages do you support?
There are so many different software applications ranging form Excel spread sheets to custom built applications it would be near impossible for us to test them and list them all. The best thing to do is to give our tech support a call and discuss the matter with a real person.
